We are looking for a IT Product Manager for HR (f/m/d), to join our client in the heart of Germany.


Location: Ludwigshafen area, DE (on-site: 2 - 3 days per week)
Type of role: Permanent
Salary: (depending on experience level) up to €88.000 (gross; basic)


Your focus

• Responsible for the assigned IT products within Human Resources area
• Guiding the success of products by leading the cross-functional team that is responsible for its enhancement and/or configuration
• Acting as a product manager to provide both tactical and strategic direction
• Designing strategic roadmaps for each product
• Maximising business value of products by understanding the priority of deliverables

• A proven track record within IT or demonstrable business process management / product manager expertise
• Professional background in HR would be an advantage
• Communication and collaboration skills, relating to internal and external stakeholder management
• Organisation and prioritisation skills (proficiency with tools such as JIRA)
• First contact with one or multiple of the following HR applications/platforms: Workday, Cytric (Amadeus), MyTime, H&S (Intelex), SAP Payroll (PY)
• Strong intercultural competence and high service orientation
• Fluent in English; German would be an advantage
