Permanent, full-time Monday- Friday
START DATE: 17th of January 2022
8:30am- 5pm (flexible time possible)

Competitive salary (to discuss on an individual basis depending on experience)
We are seeking ambitious and career-driven Office Administrator to join our successful team in Cardiff.
Your day-to-day activities:
·Payroll (processing weekly and monthly timesheets)- no need to have previous experience
·Dealing with payroll queries
·Credit Control
·Contracts and Compliance
·Updating internal cost and revenue forecasts
·Providing references for contractors
·And a number of other Sales related administrator tasks
What's important for us:
·Preferably very good understanding of accounting and compliance knowledge or ability to learn it
·Very good mathematical skills
·Self-motivated with an enthusiastic and positive approach towards duties
·Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
·Excellent administration, typing, computer literacy and data entry skills
·Friendly and professional telephone manner
·Highly organized personality with attention to detail
·Good time management
