We have had an amazing 2021 year , winning a number of new clients ranging from exciting hypergrowth tech scaleups to global consulting firms. It is an exciting time for the business so we have created a new role for an ambitious Recruiter to join us to focus on the booming Cloud technology market.
This is a 360 role where the focus will be on winning new clients and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions to them, ensuring each client gets access to the very best talent in the Cloud tech market.
This is a fast-paced, varied role where you will manage the full lifecycle recruitment process, build your personal brand and become a true expert in your market as well as create long-lasting client & candidate relationships built on trust, openness and honesty.
·Identify, develop and expand clients within a niche Cloud market
·Build an incredible network of the best Cloud talent within your market
·Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle
·Build effective relationships with client stakeholders
·Collaborate with our Delivery Consultants to ensure your clients' recruitment needs are met and exceeded
Ideally, your recruitment background will be in the IT / Tech sector but we are open to someone who wants to transition from another commercial or professional recruitment sector and we will provide all the support, training and tools you will need to get up to speed and be successful.
We constantly review our tech stack to give our Consultants every advantage and as well as a Tablet/Laptop you will be armed with a LinkedIn Recruiter licence, Hinterview video interviewing platform, RPA/AI candidate sourcing tools, multiple Job Board Databases and will have a generous advertising budget. On top of this you will also have access to our group's digital marketing team for support on social media campaigns.

A salary of £22k-£25k is on offer as well as exceptional commission scheme (uncapped with accelerators up to 35%!) , Pension, Life, Perkbox (discounted retail, restaurants, cinema, etc.) and alongside this we also run individual and team incentives, regular socials, lunch clubs and even annual overseas incentive trips. We have a dressed down vibe and have adopted a hybrid/flexible model with a blend of home & office working (1-2 days at home).
