The People Network is on the hunt for an exceptional candidate to take on the exciting role of
Head of Contract.

Joining our ambitious leadership team, you will launch and lead
a brand new Contract Recruitment subsidiary.
This new contract business is a key part of our growth strategy for 2021 and beyond and there will be will be plenty of support and investment available to help you get this off the ground and turn it into a world class operation.
TPN are based in Swindon but operate a hybrid work policy, working between office and home.
-You will be responsible for winning new contract business, delivery, growing & scaling a team and achieving financial targets. They will have lots of autonomy in this role and will be expected to create and lead the strategy, aiming to build a future proof contract business that meets the changing needs of our clients.
-The role will initially need to be hands-on before becoming more leadership focused as you build and scale your team.
TOOLS AND A STRONG BASE OF CUSTOMERS AT YOUR DISPOSAL
You will have access to a range of leading recruitment tools including LinkedIn Recruiter licences, industry leading job board databases and advertising, as well as dedicated sales & marketing support and unlimited access to the leadership team.
TPN has a strong base of customers throughout the IT industry and you will have the opportunity to utilise those relationships to grow the business.
You may be at Senior/Principal Consultant level and now ready to step up and build something of your own OR you may already be at Head of/Director level and are looking for a change of environment where your entrepreneurial flair can be fully utilised.
In order to be considered you will have:
·Built and run a successful technology contract desk from scratch
·Recruited, mentored and managed team members
·A track record of achievement vs. targets
·A proven track record of winning new business and developing client relationships
·An entrepreneurial, growth mindset
·Natural leadership qualities
·**Highly desirable: Experience of selling/winning outcomes, project-based or Statement of Work (SOW) recruitment solutions or services**
Remuneration is negotiable in order to capture the very best talent. Expect a highly competitive basic salary, commission plan, bonus plan, benefits package and equity.
