First Line Support Technician

Up to £18,000 p/a (Depending on experience)

Are you looking to be a part of an award winning IT solutions provider? My client is looking for someone with experience providing technical support in a help-desk environment.

The role will be within a well-established IT solutions provider, where you will be working in their state of the art Head office in the centre of Poole. The role involves providing first line support for both applications and infrastructure products and solutions.

Key requirements:
• Understanding of Active Directory/Group Policies
• Understanding of anti-virus products and technologies
• A good working knowledge of PC hardware, networking principles and Microsoft Server Operating systems.
