German speaking Research Executive /Resource Consultant/ Resourcer/ Delivery Consultant/ Recruitment Consultant

With ever-growing demand from our clients, we are now seeking German speaking Research Executives x7 to join our team.
This is a candidate focused role where you will ensure that our clients get access to the very best talent in the market, at pace, but without compromising on quality.
You will support one of our experienced Consultants, managing and taking ownership of hiring projects, creating diverse talent pools, engaging top talent and building relationships with them.
Responsibilities include:
·Sourcing top talent via internal databases, job boards, social media and networking
·Screening candidates via telephone/video (Teams)
·Ad-hoc research projects and market mapping
·Designing and executing innovative candidate attraction campaigns
·Recommending and driving improvements to candidate attraction methods and our tech stack
·Building effective relationships with candidates
·Assisting with the account management of our key accounts

·Salary of £20k basic + commission (on average in your 1st year expected £28K in total)
·Uncapped Commission Plan (£200, 250, 400 or 600 per each candidate placed who starts at our client).
